1. Delivery & Access
How will I receive my digital products?
As we specialise in virtual video editing assets, there is no physical shipping. Once your payment is confirmed via Stripe, an instant download link will be provided on the order confirmation page and sent to your registered email address.
I haven’t received my download link. What should I do?
Please first check your spam or junk folder. If the link has not arrived within 10 minutes, contact us at material@montageassetvault.com. We will verify your transaction and resend the link within 24 business hours.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
What is the refund policy for European customers?
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws for digital content:
Final Sale: As our products are digital assets delivered instantly, all sales are considered final once access is granted.
Waiver of Withdrawal: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access has commenced.
Can I get a refund if the product is defective?
If a file is corrupted or technically defective, please notify us within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or a technical fix. Refunds are exclusively issued in circumstances where we are unable to provide a functional version of the digital asset.
3. Licensing & Usage
Can I use these templates for commercial projects?
Yes. Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to integrate the assets into your personal or commercial video productions. However, the reselling, redistribution, or sharing of the raw project files is strictly prohibited.
Are the assets copyright-safe?
Absolutely. All assets at montageassetvault are either original creations by our team or sourced from verified royalty-free libraries. They are safe for use on platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and commercial broadcast without the risk of copyright strikes.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed via Stripe, a global leader in secure payment infrastructure. TPWORKGE, S.A. DE C.V. does not store or process your credit or debit card details on our local servers.
